to a specific interior or exterior colour and we will not accept

returns based on a non-match. Design & specification of

an alternative product, of better or equal value, if an item is
no longer available.

Guarantee

All products are guaranteed by the manufacturer. This does

not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Where

applicable any faulty product can be replaced within the first

year of purchase providing that the item has not been

tampered with or misused. If these goods are deemed

tampered with in any way your warranty will become void

and you will become responsible for the costs of replacement

and return shipping. If no manufacturing fault is found you

will be responsible for the costs of replacement and return

shipping. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual

circumstances. AutoWhizz will not be liable for any transit

damage that may occur on any product you have returned to

us for replacement.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, or failure(s)

not due to manufacturing defect(s). AutoWhizz cannot be

held responsible for any costs arising from unauthorized

repairs to equipment during the warranty period. Only

AutoWhizz or the equipment manufacturer or an AutoWhizz

authorized service agent can carry out any warranty work.

Any unauthorized repairs or repair attempts will void the

warranty.

Please contact us in advance if you are returning a product.
