Delivery Schedule

There will only be one delivery charge, regardless of the
number of items puchased.

All orders over the amount of £50.00 will be subject to
FREE delivery.

At present we only deliver to addresses within the UK.

All orders placed (and payments received) before 2.00pm will

be dispatched the same day, via our NEXT DAY delivery

service. (This excludes Saturday and Sunday).

For a small number of remote postcodes (you know who you

are!) delivery will take up to 7 working days. Depending on
the weight of the order, we either use Royal Mail Recorded
Delivery or Fastway Couriers’ Next Day Service.

If no one is at home to sign for the parcel, both courier

services will leave a note advising how to get your parcel.

At present, we only accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is a

safe and secure method of making online payments and you

can open an account by clicking here.

All products are guaranteed by the manufacturer. 'This does

not affect your statutory rights as a consumer'.

NOTE

We accept no liability for any other costs what so ever that

may arise as a result of purchasing, using or fitting products

we have supplied. You should satisfy yourself that you or a

competent person has fitted or attached the product correctly

in accordance with the manufactures instructions. All the

items we supply are sold on the basis of a DIY fit. To enquire

Furthermore we accept no liability for any damage/s or

additional costs that may occur as a result of using any of

our products.

IMPORTANT. Claims for missing or damaged goods, can only

be investigated if reported to us within 21 days of the

ordering date. We accept no liability for parcels delivered to

a work or office address.

Returns Policy

Should you wish to return an item you have 7 days from date

of delivery to contact us and obtain a goods return number.

We do not pay return postage and it is up to you to return

the goods with all the fittings and instructions in perfect

condition. In the case of goods being returned incomplete or

with torn or damaged suppliers packing, an appropriate

amount will be deducted from the refund. If you chose to

return an item, a 5% restocking charge will be deducted

from the refund.

Refunds will only be made for the cost of the actual product.

If you have paid for postage, unfortunately this will not be

refunded.
